Tony earned a bachelor’s degree in business from the State University of New York at Oswego. He holds the Certified Lease & Finance Professional (CLFP) designation and is an active member of the Missouri Association of Manufacturers (MAM) and the Illinois Manufacturers Association (IMA).

Residing in Rochester, NY, Tony enjoys spending time with his wife, their two sons, and their dog. He also volunteers with Greater Rochester Habitat for Humanity, contributing to their annual Women Build initiative alongside his colleagues.
