Tiffany focuses on providing exceptional support to City National Bank colleagues and clients. She is dedicated to understanding each client's needs and identifying how First American can contribute to their success. Motivated by her family, Tiffany is driven by the desire to create a better future for them. 

Tiffany holds an associate's degree in business administration from Monroe Community College. She is also a graduate of the United Way Emerging Leaders Development Program and the United Way Latino Leadership Development Program. Tiffany takes pride in her organizational skills, curiosity, customer service, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities, and finds fulfillment in contributing to First American's success. 

Tiffany is married to her high school sweetheart, and they reside in Rochester, NY, with their teacup poodle. Outside of work, she volunteers as a mentor at her local church and enjoys creating lasting memories with her family through trips, experiences, and new traditions.
