Steve is dedicated to making a difference by being a great teammate to others, no matter what role he is in. He finds it rewarding to see his teammates grow and develop in their careers and enjoys helping his team provide best-in-class service to First American's clients.
Steve joined First American in 2014, where he was an integral part of the Operations Department before transitioning to his current role of SVP in 2023. He has received several company awards in Excellence and Leadership.

He resides in Fairport, NY, with his wife, Sarah, and their three children, Henry, Emily, and Clara. In his free time, Steve enjoys reading, golfing, running, and is often working on a DIY home project. He and his wife are passionate about the well-being of children and annually support the Bivona Child Advocacy Center and Golisano Children’s Hospital in Rochester.
