With over 25 years in the banking industry—including nearly 20 years in commercial lending—she brings valuable insights from various economic cycles and extensive mentorship experience. Shannon began her career as a credit analyst at Five Star Bank, advancing through multiple roles to eventually lead the Business Banking credit department. She holds a degree in business administration from Genesee Community College. 

 

Shannon resides in Byron, NY, with her husband and their dog. A nature enthusiast, she enjoys spending time outdoors in all seasons and often hosts family gatherings to bring everyone together.
