Mike is dedicated to ensuring his team has the resources and support needed to provide best-in-market solutions and service to organizations nationwide. He finds inspiration in connecting and collaborating with colleagues daily as they strive toward First American’s vision of becoming the best company to work for and the best company to work with.

 

Mike joined First American in 2000 as a member of the company’s Credit and Operations department. He later served as the Senior Vice President of Sales for the Professional Services division, before moving to his current role. His hard work and leadership earned him the company's Chairman’s Award in 2002, and he was honored as one of Rochester Business Journal's "Forty Under 40" in 2008. 

 

Mike is a Certified Lease and Finance Professional (CLFP) and an active member of the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association (ELFA). He often shares his expertise by attending and speaking at industry conferences and Financial Executives International (FEI) events.

Outside of Work:

Mike resides in Penfield, NY with his wife, Megan, and their daughters, Sophia and Rosie. He enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and being active in the Rochester community. Mike is currently Vice Chairman of the Monroe County (NY) Planning Board, a volunteer and past Board President for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Rochester, and a member of the St. Joseph School Advisory Board.
