Melanie holds an MBA and a Lean Six Sigma certification. She is a Certified Lease & Finance Professional (CLFP) and an active member of the International Warehouse Logistics Association (IWLA). Additionally, she serves on the board of the Villa of Hope Young Professionals in Rochester, NY, contributing to her community and further expanding her leadership impact.
Outside of work, Melanie resides in Victor, NY, with her French bulldog. She enjoys traveling, exploring new foods, and spending time with family and friends.
