Marietta provides her teams with the resources and guidance needed for success. She plays a key role in risk mitigation, helping ensure that financial lending practices protect both the company and its clients. She is motivated by the opportunity to build lasting relationships and support organizations that serve their communities and advance healthcare. 

Since joining First American in 2016, Marietta has been recognized several times for her outstanding contributions, including receiving an Excellence Award in 2019, being named a Chairman’s Award Finalist in 2021, winning the Chairman’s Award in 2022, and earning a Rochester Business Journal Women of Excellence Award in 2024. She holds a bachelor’s degree in economics with a minor in mathematics from SUNY Geneseo and is a Certified Lease & Finance Professional (CLFP). 

Marietta lives in Fairport, NY, with her husband, daughter, and two cats. She is actively involved in her community, serving on the Board of Directors for Dimitri House and as a Big Sister with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Rochester. In her free time, she enjoys running, reading, creating art, and spending time with family.
