Katelyn helps with financial reporting, improves forecasting accuracy, and leads projects that support her colleagues in better serving First American’s clients. She leverages her experience in financial analysis and modeling, performance measurement, and advanced metric reporting to enhance data accessibility and support informed decision-making. She is driven by the opportunity to build relationships and contribute to business growth within the communities we serve. 

Katelyn holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the State University of New York at Brockport and is a Certified Lease & Finance Professional (CLFP). Since joining First American in 2018, she has made significant contributions to the company and its culture, including building out the general ledger, automating management reporting, and chairing First American’s DEI Team. Her commitment to company values was honored with a peer-nominated BESTie award. 

Katelyn lives in Rochester, NY, with her husband and Tibetan terrier. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, hiking, and traveling.
