Juliana earned a bachelor’s degree in English literature from the State University of New York College at Geneseo, graduating cum laude and as a member of Sigma Tau Delta, the international English honor society. Since joining First American in 2022, she has made a significant impact by enhancing reporting processes, streamlining workflows, and contributing to marketing initiatives that support team growth and strengthen client engagement. 

Based in Rochester, NY, Juliana enjoys staying active through road biking and participating in community rides to raise awareness for local organizations. She also loves traveling and immersing herself in diverse cultures, gaining fresh perspectives along the way.
