Jordan Ingrassio
MARKETING MANAGER
Jordan oversees the marketing strategy and events for the Professional Services division.
Jordan leads the marketing and event strategies for the Professional Services division at First American, working closely with the Legal, AEC, and Insurance teams to identify industry challenges and develop multi-channel marketing campaigns. She is passionate about uncovering creative and effective ways to reach audiences and enjoys collaborating with fellow marketers to bring unique strategies to life.
Jordan began her career at First American in 2016 as a marketing intern and transitioned to a full-time role after graduating from Niagara University. She has been instrumental in planning major companywide events, including the Big Brothers Big Sisters Golf Tournament and internal kickoff meetings. Her outstanding leadership and contributions to the company have earned her numerous accolades, including an Excellence Award in 2019 and the 2023 Operations Person of the Year award.
Jordan resides in Rochester with her husband and dog. In her free time, she enjoys exploring new restaurants, spending time with family, and making the most of the many activities the area has to offer. She also serves on the board of the American Advertising Federation of Greater Rochester (AAFGR) helping with the planning and execution of their annual awards show.
