Jackie's mission is to always support her colleagues, promote an inclusive culture, and live First American's values every day. Her goal is to help the company grow, while maintaining a close-knit family feel. She finds it rewarding being able to create relationships with each colleague. She believes the people are what makes First American such a great place to work.
She joined First American in 2016. Prior to her current role, she was a Project Manager on the Bank Support team. As a result of her hard work and leadership, she received a First American Excellence Award in 2020 and was a National Human Resources Association (NHRA) Rising Star finalist in 2021.
