OPERATIONS MANAGER
Emma steers the Vendor Operations Team with dynamic leadership and exceptional problem-solving skills.
Emma leads the Project Management team in the Vendor Division, focusing on delivering exceptional client experiences across all vendor programs. She supports her team in finding creative and effective solutions for both clients and vendors, helping foster successful business relationships.
Emma holds a bachelor's degree in economics and political science from SUNY Geneseo and an MBA from the University of Rochester. Since joining the company in 2016, she has built a strong track record of excellence, earning accolades such as Excellence Award recognition in 2017 and 2018, Chairman’s Award finalist honors in 2019 and 2022, and the Operations Person of the Year award in 2022. In 2021, she was recognized as a Monitor NextGen Leader.
Outside of work, Emma enjoys running, biking, traveling, reading, and exploring new restaurants.
