Chloe supports her teams by managing credit risk and helping businesses access the financial flexibility they need to grow. She is passionate about serving clients and providing solutions that balance opportunity with risk management. 

Chloe holds a Bachelor of Science in corporate finance with a minor in accounting from St. John Fisher University, where she also earned an MBA in 2020. Since joining First American in 2021, she has taken an analytical approach to assessing risk and recommending appropriate exposure for complex clients. She is known for asking insightful questions that uncover key financial details and developing strategies that support both business growth and financial stability. Her contributions have earned her recognition as a Credit Person of the Quarter. 

Chloe resides in East Rochester with her two Holland Lop rabbits. Outside of work, she enjoys trying new restaurants and indulging in her love of reading.
