Becca leads the project management teams for the Professional Services & Specialty Services divisions.
Becca supports her project management teams by providing the resources and guidance needed for success, fostering cross-functional collaboration and valuing diverse perspectives. She drives strategic impact by setting ambitious goals and upholding regulatory standards to safeguard the company.
Since joining First American in 2016, Becca has earned multiple accolades, including three Excellence Awards and recognition as a 2022 NextGen Leader. In addition to her project management expertise, her skills in risk assessment support clients in meeting industry standards and achieving their goals.
Becca holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and economics from SUNY Fredonia. Residing in Rochester, NY, with her husband and two dogs, she is a proud Swiftie who enjoys traveling, reading, golfing, running, and hiking.
