In that survey, 98% of First American’s employees said First American is a great place to work. This number is 41% higher than the average U.S. company. 

The Best Workplaces in Financial Services & Insurance award is highly competitive. Great Place to Work® selected the list using rigorous analytics and confidential employee feedback. Honorees were selected based on their ability to offer positive outcomes for employees regardless of job role, race, gender, sexual orientation, work status, or other demographic identifier.
