First American worked with Urban Health Plan to implement a flexible Master Lease Program to accommodate their unique needs as an FQHC and allow them to preserve their federal funding for other initiatives. In addition to providing access to capital, First American’s Project Manager seamlessly managed the entire project’s multi-vendor, multi-location equipment upgrades.
