By working closely with clients, Karen tailors solutions for capital projects, equipment acquisitions, and technology upgrades, allowing them to receive the funding they need quickly and efficiently to support growth and maintain their competitive edge.
Since joining First American in 2003, Karen has brought decades of experience in building trusted relationships and delivering financing solutions. She holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration and finance from Roberts Wesleyan University and has earned the Certified Lease & Finance Professional (CLFP) designation, reflecting her dedication to excellence in the leasing industry. Karen stays connected to the legal community through her involvement with industry associations such as the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA), Thomson Reuters, and the International Legal Technology Association (ILTA), staying informed on the latest trends and challenges.
Karen resides in Rochester, NY, with her husband and three children. Outside of work, she is an active volunteer in her church and community, supporting organizations such as Women Build Habitat for Humanity and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Rochester.
