The PEOPLE Companies That Care® list highlights the top U.S. companies that have succeeded in business while also demonstrating outstanding respect, care and concern for their employees, their communities, and the environment. The Great Place to Work® survey enables employees to share confidential quantitative and qualitative feedback about their organization’s culture and impact. In addition, companies share how they have gone above-and-beyond to take care of their people, environment, or community in the last year.

The company’s employee-led Corporate Citizenship Team creates a platform for colleagues to activate their passions and give back to the community. In 2022, First American colleagues financially supported 95 non-profits across the U.S. through fundraisers and corporate gifts, paired with over 2,600 volunteer hours from colleagues. Every colleague has 16 hours of annual volunteer time off (VTO) to support causes that matter most to them.
