Adam Fay joined First American in September of 2002 as a Project Manager and now oversees the team of Project Managers who are responsible for the credit, documentation, funding, and syndication of all transactions.
Adam graduated from the University of Rochester with dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Economics and Psychology. He was the recipient of First American's "Chairman's Award" for excellence in character and leadership in 2003 and was selected as one of the Rochester Business Journal's "Forty Under 40" Honorees in 2010.
Adam previously served as the President of the Board of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Rochester and remains very active in the agency's volunteer and fundraising activities. He resides with his wife and two sons in Henrietta, New York.
