Since joining First American in 2002, his hard work and leadership has resulted in him receiving both company and community recognition. In 2003, he was the recipient of the company's Chairman's Award and in 2010, he was selected as one of the Rochester Business Journal's "Forty Under 40" honorees. In 2020, he was honored with the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Rochester BIG Impact Award.

He resides in Henrietta, NY with his wife, Betsy, and their two sons, Parker and Logan, along with a dog and cat. They enjoy playing baseball, camping in the great outdoors and traveling to new places.
Outside of Work:
He has been involved with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Rochester for nearly 20 years as a volunteer, committee member, board member and chairman of several special events such as the annual Golf Fore Kids’ Sake.
